    My family and I went to this location in Brentwood yesterday and came across a SUPER friendly, energetic and welcoming employee by the name of Lexi (hope I'm spelling it right). She was assisting someone but still took a moment to look up and welcome us in. She not only gave us great friendly service with a smile, she gave us suggestions on the different options we had. As we were enjoying our desserts inside, I noticed her great costumer service and cross selling abilities. She seemed very happy to be there. In an environment with high unemployment and hiring challenges, she needs to be praised for her ability to put a smile on her customers face. Rita's, please pass on my review to her and let her know she made our day.

    I had heard of Rita's but never tried it. Until now! I don't like frozen custard as much as regular ice cream, hence the 4-star review. But, the staff at this location were very friendly and helpful! I like their selection of frozen custards as well as their cookie sandwiches. Next time I'll try their Italian ice!
